Returns & Refund Eligibility: We accept returns within 3 days of delivery if the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for all returns. While receiving the product, a video should be taken for validation purposes.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., personal care products). Sale or clearance items may be final sale unless defective.

Refund Process & Credit: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Costs for Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or an error occurred on our part. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping charges.
